Its been a long time since my last visit.
I am trying to learn to lathe and use the curves .
I cant seem to figure out how.
Is there a tutorial somewhere?

II tried it, but there are problems that I will correct.
But you can work with it.
First open 2d curve toolbox.
Then, select the hand tool. Click on the view to create a few points. Use the 'U' key to smooth the created curve. Use the select tool to select and move the points.
Leave the 2d curve toolbox by clicking on the ok button.
In order to perform a lath, you need to select a 2d curve.
Activate the lath toolbox. This will bring the 2d toolbox, but with a preview of the lath result. You can move the points and the lath mesh is updated automatically. On the parameter area, right, you can select the lath option (lath axis mainly).
